Rich drives the #15 Modified Class car. His home track is Mt. Pleasant Speedway, but can be found racing at Merritt Speedway. He lives in Mt. Pleasant, MI.

Team members helping Rich are: Chad Bauer, Rich Robinson Sr., John Taylor, Kevin Miller, Joe D'Ambrosio, Jeannie (wife), and his daughters Heather, Danielle, and Katie.

Rich started racing in 1991 in the Street Stock Class at Mt. Pleasant Speedway because he liked watching racing and enjoyed being competitive. His first win was that same year. Career highlights include 1998 Mt. Pleasant Speedway champion, 2003 Mt. Pleasant Speedway Champion, 2005 Michigan Modified Champion, MT PLEASANT CHAMPION, MERRITT CHAMPION .. 2007 Michigan Modified State Champion, 2007 Mt. Pleasant Speedway Champion, and 2007 Merritt Speedway Champion.

The thrill of racing for Rich is the challenge of winning. His most exciting moment was when he won his first Michigan Modified State Championship. He is most proud of being able to compete and possibly win any where he races.
