John Sauermilch Jr. drives the #51 360/410cc Sprint Class car.  His home track is Plymouth Dirt Track but he can also be found racing at State Park Speedway.  He lives in Sheboygan, WI.

John started racing in 1993 in the Mini Sprint Class at Calumet County Speedway because his neighbors raced.  His first win was in 1998 in the Mini Sprint Class at Calumet County Speedway.  Career highlights include 360 co-sponsored Trophies for the race and he won his own trophy!

The thrill of racing for John is more a challenge than a thrill to improve himself every time he goes out.  His most exciting racing moment was the Fall Classic where he led every lap.  He's most proud of his success starting at an older age.

John's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
