Arin McIntosh drives the #5 410 Non Wing Sprint Class car.  She lives in Mitchell, IN.

Team members helping Arin are:  Robert McIntosh, Richard Briscoe, Scotty Smith, Brent Mundy, and Ron Kellews.  Robert and Alda McIntosh are the car owners.

Arin started racing in 2000 in the 250cc Micro Sprint Class at Bakersfield Raceway Park because both her parents raced before she was born.  Her Dad would take her in the Garage when she was a fussy baby and she would go to sleep.  Her first win was in 2001 in the 250cc Sprint Class at Thunder Valley Raceway.  Career highlights include 2002 finished 2nd in the Nation in 250cc NAMARS, 2003 Rookie of the Year in 600cc NAMARS, and 2004 finished 4th in the Nation NAMARS.

The thrill of racing for Arin is traveling to different tracks and meeting new people.  It's about fun.  It allows her to spend time with her family.  Her most exciting racing moment was last summer ran a non-wing at Camper Speedway.  She followed him all the way and set him up and passed him on the White Flag lap to win!  She's most proud that she has been able to be as successful as she has been.  It's just fun to be doing it.

She likes to watch all the drivers and learn.

Of racing, Arin says, "It's supposed to be about fun!  Unless it's fun, it's just not right!".
