John drives the #8 Mod Lite Class car. His home track is Poplar Bluff Speedway, but can also be found racing at Fredricktown Raceway. He lives in Ironton, MO.

John started racing in 2000 in the Mod Lite Class at Poplar Bluff Speedway because he loved it. His first win was in 2001 in the Go-Kart Class at Poe Run Raceway. Career highlights include 2003 Southern Missouri Dwarf Car Rookie of the Year (SMDC), 2004 SMDC Champion with 10 Feature wins, 2005 SMDC Champion with 12 feature wins, 2007 TUSA National win in Iowa, 2006 6 Feature wins, 2007 10 Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for John is the high speeds. His most exciting moment was winning his 2005 Championship. He is most proud of winning the TUSA National Race in Iowa.

John's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
