Charles drives the #9C Mod Lite Class car. His home track is Arkansas Motor Speedway, but can also be found racing at I-30 Speedway. He lives in Hot Springs, AR. Charles Chapmond is the car owner.

Charles started racing in 1993 in the Sprint Class at I-30 Speedway because he liked it.

The thrill of racing for Charles is racing. He is most proud of his 15 wins in 2007.
