Joey Tanner drives the #1T Late Model Class car.  His home track is Madras Speedway but he can also be found racing at Banks Raceway Park.  He lives in Portland, OR.

Team members helping Joey are:  Brandon Guliet, Steve Moore, Tim Patrick, Greg Walters, Jeremy Roselander.  Jody Tanner is the car owner.

Joey started racing in 2005 in the Late Model Class at Reno-Fernley Raceway because his Dad's been racing all his life.  Joey's been going since he was little.  It inspired him to be a race car driver.  His first win was in 2005 in the Late Model Class at Skagit Speedway.  Career highlights include win at Skagit Speedway, Rookie of the Year at Pacific Coast Extreme, being on multiple National TV Rap Series shows.

The thrill of racing for Joey is the competition and the roar of the motor.  The speeds in general.  He races with people he grew up watching!  His most exciting racing moment was his first race at East Bay.  He is from the West Coast and these are all the big 6 years.

Joey's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.

Of racing, Joey says, "It's the funnest sport there is!  A great adrenaline   rush!".
