Joe Morris drives the #83 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Galatia, IL.  His home track is Mt. Vernon Speedway but he can also be found racing at Paducah - Calvert City.

He started racing in 1997 in the Late Model Class at Mt.Vernon Speedway.  His first win was in 1999 in the Late Model at Haubstadt Speedway.  He had his first two wins, back to back at Haubstadt.
