Jared Landers drives the #777 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Batesville Speedway but he can also be found racing at I-30 Speedway.  He lives in Cove, AR.

Team members helping Jared are:  Zach White, Steve Nelson, Dale McDowell and Larry Shaw.  Lance Landers and Jared Landers are the car owners.

Jared started racing when he was 12 years old in Go Karts in Memphis TN and Modifieds in 2000 because his Dad used to help on Sprint Cars and sponsored them.  Tim Crawley got Jared started in Go Karts.  His first win was in 2001 in the Modified Class at I-30 Speedway.  Career highlights include Quick Time on Topless 100 at Batesville Speedway, Quick Time at East Bay Raceway Park and winning the Big One in Go Karts.

The thrill of racing for Jared is knowing that he can do it running good!  It's fun to be on the road with these guys.  His most exciting racing moment was setting in a good spot in $100,000 race at Batesville.  He had a chance to win it!  He's most proud of being able to associate with people like Dave McDowell, Mark Martin and Larry Shaw.  They help Jared and want him to do well.

Jared's racing heroes are Larry Shaw, who has helped Jared the most with intro's and his Dad who makes it all happen for him.

Of racing, Jared says, "It is not as easy as it looks!  It's a lot of work!".
