D. Jay Miller drives the #17s Late Model Class car.  He lives in Elkins, WV.  His home track is KC Speedway but he can also be found racing at Elkins Speedway.

He started racing in 1996 in the 4 Cyl Class at Elkins Speedway because he loves it.  His first win was in 2000 in the Semi Late Model Class at I-79 Speedway.

The thrill of racing for D. Jay is the love of speed and all of the people involved in it.
