 Joseph Long

#37

Joseph Long drives the 337 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Alexander, AR.

Joseph started racing in 1999 in the Hobby Stock Class at I-30 Speedway because he grew up around the sport helping a friend.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2000 Track Champion at I-30 Speedway in Hobby Stock, '99 Rookie of the Year in Hobby Stock, '03 Regional IMCA Rookie in IMCA, was given a great chance in '06 to drive for the late, great Terry Heuson!

The thrill of racing for Joseph is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his qualifying race at the Super Nationals in Boone, IA.  Also, winning the Matt Starch Memorial at Beebe Speedway.  He's most proud of the fact that he has raced so long with great sponsors and that his son loves to do it with him.

Of racing, Joseph says, "It is a very expensive but fun hobby!".

Joseph's favorite racing website is www.LuvRacin.com
