Preston Peebles II drive the #0c ASCS
Sprint car out of Lubbock, Texas. The car is owned by Marty & Leighton
Crouch, and is crewed by Danny Crouch, Casey Greco, and Preston Peebles
Sr.
Preston started racing in 1992 with
asphalt Kart racing in Lubbock. He originally wanted a 4-wheeler and
ended up with a kart. Preston's first win came in that kart in Lubbock,
TX the same year.
Preston's career highlights include:
5-time national karting championships (1996-2003), a a formula Dodge
race winner '03, a formula Mazda race winner in '03, 5th in ASCS sooner
points in '05, '04 runner up to rookie of the year, and 20+ feature wins
in a '305' sprint car in '08 & '09.
Preston's most exciting racing
moment came when he won the NCRA sprint speedweek in Witchita, KS.
