Thomas Kennedy drives the #20K 360/410 ASCS Sprint Class car.  He races everywhere in the USA.  He lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba. 

Team members helping Thomas are:  Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, Jaymie Moyle, Gary Buffie.  Lou Kennedy Jr. is the car owner.

Thomas started racing in 1997 in the Go Karts Class all over the USA because he's a 3rd generation race car driver in his family.   Grandpa started it all, then and currently still racing, his Dad and now it's in Thomas's blood.  His first win was in '08 in the 410 Sprint Class at Estevan, Saskatchewan.  Career highlights include 10 years in Go Karts, retired in '07, won 2 WKA Grand National Championship races in '06, 7 time AKA Holiday Classic Champion in AZ, with over 340 Feature wins in 10 years of Kart racing.  He's been in Sprints for 5 years with 1 Feature win so far.

The thrill of racing for Thomas is bonding with family, meeting other people, the adrenaline rush and the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning 2 WKA Grand National Championship races.  He's most proud of having the support from family to have the opportunity to race, that others can only dream of.

Of racing, Thomas says, "If you're tired of having your family members sitting around, playing video games on weekends, then take them out to a speedway near you.  The biggest thing that racing can provide is family bonding!".
