Jonathan Cornell drives the #28 ASCS Sprint Class car.  His home track is L A Raceway but he can also be found racing at Knoxville Raceway.  He lives in Sedalia, MO.

Jonathan started racing in 1997 in the Go Kart Class at Liberty Speedway because his Father raced.  His first win was in '98 in the Go Kart class at IKF Grand Nationals.  Career highlights include '08 12 A Main wins, Track Champion at XX Speedway, Winged Outlaw Warrior Rookie of the Year, voted Hy-Vee Favorite 360 Driver of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Jonathan is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Nationals.  He's most proud of the friends he's met.

Jonathan's racing hero is Steve Kinser.

Of racing, Jonathan says, "When things aren't working, don't break.  Turn right to go left and steer with the gas pedal!".
