Shane Stewart races the Paul Stewart #57 ASCS sprint car out of Pittsboro, IN. His crew people are Mark Polmero, Mike Stewart, and Roger Kolb.

Shane Started racing in 1983 because his dad got him involved. His first win came in a 410 sprinter in 1995 at Tulsa Speedway.

Shane's career highlights include: 2005 World of Outlaws rookie of the year, 2005 ASCS National Champion, and has won over 80 sprint car races.

Shane's most exciting moment came at the 2006 Knoxville Nationals winning his preliminary race.

Shane is proud that he has been able to make a living driving a race car for over ten years,

Shane's racing hero is his dad.

Of racing Shane says: "If you cannot commit 100% of your time to the sport, then don't do it."
