Mike Hayashi drives the #56 SST Class car.  His home track is RPM Speedway.  He lives in Forney, TX.

Team members helping Mike are:  Craig Woods and Mike Hayashi are the car owners.

Mike started racing in 1980 in the Go Karts Class all over Montana because a neighbor had a Sprint car and Mike fell in love with racing.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include NW Sprint Car tour in late '80's.

The thrill of racing for Mike is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was when he climbed into a full size Sprint car in 1986.  He's most proud that he's not a dirty driver even when he's bumped or pushed.

Mike's racing hero is Steve Kinser.

Of racing, Mike says, "Racing is a great pass time to keep you off the streets because Sprint car drivers are a tight knit family!".
