Joey Saldana drives the #9 Sprint Class car.

Joey started racing in 1989 in the Sprint Class at Paragon Speedway because his family comes from racing.  His first win was in '89 in the Sprint class at Spoon River Speedway.  Career highlights include '09 21 WOO wins, won the King Royal twice, won the Gold Cup twice.

The thrill of racing for Joey is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the King Royal the first time.  He's most proud of his sons.

Joey's racing hero is his Dad.
