Rain Has Cancelled Tonight’s Events At Caraway Speedway
Late Model Super Trucks & U-Cars Added To Next Saturday Night’s Schedule of Events

 

April 5, 2008 – Asheboro, NC --  Once again Inclement Weather forces the cancellation of racing action at Caraway Speedway.  The 50 Lap Late Model Super Truck and 10 Lap U-Car events have been added to next Saturday (April 12^th). 
     The Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Tour will return to the .455 mile asphalt oval next Saturday Night (April 12^th).  LW Miller of Mooresville will once again try to dominate victory lane.  Miller tested for the upcoming 150 lap event in a private test session on Wednesday.  Andy Seuss of Hampstead, NH, Bobby Grigas III of Marshfield, MA, Rich Kuiken Jr of Staffordville, NJ, Ronnie Silk of Norwalk, CT,, Junior Miller of Walkertown, Brian & Gene Pack of Walkertown, Brian Loftin of Lesxington, Brian King of Gibsonville, Frank Fleming of Mt. Airy, Bobby Hutchens of Winston Salem, Tim Brown of Cana, VA, Burt & Jason Myers of Walkerton plus many more from the Northern & Southern Tour will be on hand to battle for victory lane. 
    Also on hand will be a 100 Lap NASCAR Late Model Stock , 50 Lap Late Model Super Truck, Sportsman, Mini Stock, Custom Steel Fabricators Super Mini Trucks, U-Cars and Cab Cars.  Grandstands open at 6pm and the racing gets underway at 8pm.  Directions:  Take US 220 Bypass to the Spero Road Exit and Follow the signs.  For additional information hit the web at www.carawayspeedway.com.
