Ronnie Burkhardt drives the #37 Modified Class car.  He lives in Topeka, KS.  His home track is Thunderhill Speedway.

He started racing in 1997 in the Dwarf Class at Thunderhill Speedway because he grew up around it and his Dad raced jalopies.  His first win was in 2000 in the Modified Class at Thunderhill Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for Ronnie is the sportsmanship of it.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Modified Feature.  He's most proud of being at the track consistently every weekend. 

Dale Earnhardt is Ronnie's racing hero.

Of racing, Ronnie says, "It you don't have dirt in your beer, you ain't racin!".
