Tom Brown

Tom Brown drives the #88 IMCA Modified Class car.  He lives in Fox Lake, IL.  His home track is Wilmot Speedway.

He started racing in 1997 in the Modified Class at Wilmot Speedway because his Uncle Dick had let Tom drive his Hobby Stock car.  His first win was in 1999 in the Modified Class at Wilmot Speedway.  Currently Tom is 3rd in the Points.  He's had one Heat race win and 1 B Main win.

The thrill of racing for Tom is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Heat win.  He's most proud of the good friendships that he's developed.

Davey Allison is Tom's racing hero.

Of racing, Tom says, "It is a sport filled with decent, honest people that will do anything for anyone off the track and nothing for no one on it!".
