Billy Tuckwell drives the #128 Modified Class car.  His home track is Peoria Speedway but he can also be found racing at Grundy County Speedway.  He lives in Peoria, IL.

Billy started racing in 1989 in the Modified Class at Peoria Speedway because of his need for speed.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 5 Track Championships at 3 different tracks, over 120 wins, NASCAR Weekly Racing Series Heartland Regional Champion in '02 and finished 2nd in the nation.

The thrill of racing for Billy is besting the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Heartland Regional Championship, of which he is most proud.

Billy's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
