Nick Nelson drives th e#1* Modified Class car.  His home track is ABC Raceway, but he can also be found racing at Superior Speedway and Proctor Speedway.  He lives in Duluth, MN.

Team members helping Nick are:  Paul Milanowski.  Fastlane Motorsports and Powder Coating are the car owners.

Nick started racing in 1997 in the Pure Stock Class at Proctor Speedway because of family.  His first win was in the same year.  Career highlights include Pure Stock Championship in 1998 at Proctor Speedway, Street Stock Championships at Proctor Speedway and Superior Speedway in 2001, Late Model raced in '02-'05, '07 first full year in Modified.

The thrill of racing for Nick is the adrenaline rush and the need for speed.  His most exciting racing moments were winning the Track Championships at Proctor Speedway and Superior Speedway in 2001.  He's most proud of being a consistent and respected driver.

Nick's racing hero is Chub Frank.
