Shane Williams drives the #1 Modified Class car.  His home track is Volusia Speedway Park but he can also be found racing at many other tracks.  He lives in Deleon Spring, FL.

Team members helping Shane are:  Randy Phillips, Joe Belkey, Johnny Taylor. 

Shane started racing in 1987 in the Hobby Class at Ocala Speedway because he loved racing.  His first win was in 1988 in the Hobby Class at Volusia Speedway Park.  Career highlights include over 200 wins.

The thrill of racing for Shane is giving trophies to kids.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the $10,000 to Win Race for his Dad in his car.  He's most proud that he is Stock Racing.

Shane's racing hero is Tony Stewart.

Of racing, Shane says, "It's good for kids - keeps them out of trouble!".
