Brett Burdette drives the #17B 360 Wings/410 Non Wing Class car.  His home track is Lawrenceburg Speedway but he can also be found racing at Bloomington Speedway and Kokomo Speedway.  He lives in Sunman, IN.

Team members helping Brett are:  Hayden, Shinkle, Bob Shinkle, Billy Ryan, Lonnie Mitchel, Big Al.  Joe Burnette is the car owner.

Brett started racing in 2005 in the Mini Sprints Class at Lawrenceburg Speedway because his Dad thought Brett needed to get off his quad.  Career highlights include finishing 5th in Points in his first year of Mini Sprints, finishing 10th in Points in his first year of 410 Non Wing Sprints.

The thrill of racing for Brett is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning a Heat Race in his 410 Non Wing, then drawing the Pole and leading it for 24 laps, but finishing 2nd.  He's most proud that he knows how to work on the car, so if something happens to it he knows what to do.

Brett's racing hero is his Grandpa, Joe Burdette Sr.

Of racing, Brett says, "That I'm respective to the older drivers cause I know that they don't like us young pups!".
