Racefans it is with great sadness that I start this weeks column.Kevin Sellers of Indianapolis died on September 6th,2008.Kevin was 47 years old and raced in the Late Model Division at Mt. Lawn (IN) Speedway on Saturday nights in 2008. He had the #99 orange painted Late Model that he told me he just put a new body on when i talked to him briefly back in August. I saw a black #99 in the pit area at Mt.Lawn Speedway.I said "Kevin wow what did u do get a new car?" he said "No we just put a new body on it cause the old was was getting pretty well banged up." I replied "Kevin I love the new paint scheme its awesome",he came back with"the car will be ready for "Extravaganza Weekend." I did  not know Kevin very well but he seemed to be  very well liked by many drivers ad crewman in the pit area. I was scheduled to take pictures of him in front of the new car body this weekend at Mt.Lawn Speedway, however i did get a picture of his car previously for a webpage which is up and running now.To view Kevin Sellers racing webpage go to then click on the state of Indiana map then u would click Mt. Lawn Speedway. Rest in peace kevin at that Speedway in Heaven where you will always be a Track Champion! To view Kevin's Obituary go to  where his name is on the main page.
