After putting on a stellar show at Flat rock speedway on may, 25th and being rained out at Midvale speedway last weekend, the lightning fast cars and drivers of the Midwest Supermodified Association will descend onto the grounds of Lorain County Speedway this Saturday. The show will be the first of two scheduled for MSA at Lorain and will be a homecoming  for the supers, who have a storied history on the 3/8 mile track.  The 12 degree banking and wide turns of LCS encourage side by side racing in the supermodifieds, which makes it a favorite for both fans and drivers alike.  Also several drivers who do not typically compete in the MSA series have expressed interest in the event so an above average car count can be expected. If you are a fan of supermodified racing a trip to Lorain is a must, the show will not disappoint. In addition to the super s, all weekly divisions will also be in action at Lorain so for a night filled with racing come out and show your support. Our reporting team will be there covering the racing and doing live updates on twitter, @ohio_openwheel , if you see us at the track stop by and say hello.

Lorain county speedway is located in Amherst, Ohio and is just off I-80/I-90. Check the track’s website for more detailed directions or more information about the show
