Nathan Skaggs out guns the competition to win the OVSCA sprint car feature event as Tim Dohm, Jackie Boggs and Dustin Linville all won their heat races to line-up for Saturday's $10,000 to win feature event

Brushcreek Motorsports Complex in Peebles Ohio has been giving away a new Harley Davidson for 13 years now. It all got started in 2001 where Don O'Neal picked up the 1st Harley Davidson Motorcycle given away. It was ran as a late model race up until 2007 with Jackie Boggs claiming four Harley Davidson motorcycle's in 2002, 2004, 2005 & 2006 with Mike Balzano taking the Harley home in 2003. Then the promoter decided to turn it into a Modified show with 5 different winners, in 5 races, claiming the top prize, modified drivers taking the Harley home were, Steve Arpin, Dave Hess Jr, Don Adams, Chad Kinder & Derek Groomer. It stayed a modified race until 2012 when they again decided to change it up and turned it into a late model race once again with Georgian Shane Clanton riding the hog home. This year's running of the race saw 22 late models show up from 7 different states. The states being represented was Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma. This year it was turned into a 3 day event with the first of the three night's being a regular show for travelers to get their cars dialed in, Mike Myers outran Josh McGuire to take the win on the first night of the Epic Weekend.

With qualifying and heat races on Friday to line up the American Heritage Classic on Saturday they also had the OVSCA on tap for a full show. In sprint car action Nathan Skaggs from Chillicothe Ohio jumped to the front from his front row starting position and never looked back to go on and claim the feature win.

In late model preliminary action 4 time Heritage classic winner Jackie Boggs set the fast time in qualifying and won his heat race from his pole starting position. The other two heat races went to Tim Dohm and Dustin Linville. So that put Boggs and Dohm on the front row for the first of two 50 lap feature events. The first paying $10,000 to win and the second paying either $10,000 or a brand new Harley Davidson V-Rod after a full inversion of the first feature finish. All the cars on the lead lap after the checkered flag of the first feature then get inverted to start the second feature race, both being held on Saturday. Also running Saturday is a full modified and legend show.
