Michael White drives the #w1 Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Moulton Speedway but he can also be found racing at North Alabama Speedway, and River Valley Speedway.  He lives in Moulton, AL.

Team members helping Michael are:  Natasha White, Meagan Sherrill and the w7 crew of Greg White, Sammy Wilhite, Chad Letson, Tutor Steele, Davy Steele and the Brock Family-Pat, Jason and Bryan (Brock Racing).  Michael and Natasha White are the car owners.

Michael started racing in 2005 in the Open Wheel Modified Class at North Alabama Speedway because he'd been around racing and worked on race cars for the last ten years and had driven a couple of times, but something kept drawing him towards the Open Wheel Modified Class.  Career highlights include winning a Heat Race in '06.

The thrill of racing for Michael is his love of every aspect of racing from working on the cars to being around everyone at the track.  His most exciting racing moment was starting the Heat Race at Moulton Speedway in 10th place and being in 3rd place at the completion of the first lap.  He's most proud of being able to be competitive in a class that has so many experienced drivers and to know that I do everything on my car from the engines to the bodies.

Michael's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
