Mike Pearson drives the #888 Cruiser Class car.  His home track is Central Mississippi Speedway but he can also be found racing at Columbus Speedway and Magnolia Speedway in addition to Talladega Short Track.  He lives in West Point, MS.  Mike Glusenkamp is the gasman.

Mike started racing in November of 2003 in the Cruiser Class at Columbus Speedway for recreation.  His first win was in 2004 in the Cruiser Class at Columbus Speedway.  Career highlights include Central Mississippi Speedway Track Champion in 2004, World Cruiser Champion in 2004 at Columbus Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Mike is being able to run door to door with other cars looking for the same real-estate.  His most exciting racing moment was starting from the rear after changing a flat tire and winning a big money Feature race at Attala County Speedway.  He's most proud of the friendships that we have gained and the thrill of racing with someone else holding the gas down.

Mike's racing hero is Davey Allison.
