Josh started racing in 2001 in the
Shifter 80 class at IMI because he wanted to go fast. His first
win was that same year. Career highlights include '01 IMI Track
Champion, '02 IMI Track Champion, '02 Skusa Rocky Mountain Region
Champion, '02 IMI Driver of the Year, '02 Skusa Driver of the Year, '03
Shifter 125 Champion, '05 ASCS Rocky Mountain Rookie of the Year, '06
ASCS finished 3rd in the Points at Rocky Mountain.
The thrill of racing for Josh is the
speed and competition. His most exciting racing moment was his
first Colorado National Speedway win on August 11, 2007. He's most
proud of his major steps made in 5 years.
Josh's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
Of racing, Josh says, "If you're into
racing for money, then there is no fun in racing. I think of it as
spending quality time with friends and family!".
