Brittany Duncan drives the #78 Legends
Class car. Her home track is Colorado National Speedway but she
can also be found racing at I-25 Speedway, Hwy 92 Speedway and BCS.
She lives in Aurora, CO.
Team members helping Brittany are:
Grandma and Grandpa (Larry and Lou Lambert), Jason Duncan - brother,
Angela Hines. Alan and Dee Duncan (Mom and Dad) are the car
owners.
Brittany started racing in 1998 in the
Legends Class because her brother and family where in it so she followed
her brother. Her first win was in '98 in the Novice Quarter
Midgets Class at RMQMA. Career highlights include 8 years in
Quarter Midgets, 4 Track Championships, '04 Western Grand Nationals 7th
place Heavy AA, '06 Heavy 160 Track Champion (Quarter Midgets), '07
first year in Legends.
The thrill of racing for Brittany is
getting to beat the boys and watch them be mad or cry. Her most
exciting racing moment was in '04 finishing 7th her first year in Hvy AA
at the Grand Nationals in Quarter Midgets. She's most proud of
always finishing well in Quarter Midgets, coming in the top 3.
Locally she finished in the top 2 and won a lot.
Brittany's racing hero is Shanon Baran.
Of racing, Brittany says, "That girls
can race too and beat the boys!".
