D J Banks drives the #6J Modified Class car.  His home track is I-76 Speedway.  He lives in Brush, CO.

Team members helping D J are:  Mom, Dad, Jamie, Jordyn, Adam, Zach, Kevin, Brooks, Uncle Mike.  Dave Banks is the car owner.

D J started racing in 1999 in the Street Stock Class at I-76 Speedway because he's helped with cars all his life and always wanted to drive, so he bought his own car.  His first win was in '02 in the Econo Class at I-76 Speedway.  Career highlights include winning most A Mains in 1 year for Econo's.

The thrill of racing for D J was winning his first Main.  His most exciting racing moment was winning Sportsmanship of the Year Award his first year of racing.  He's most proud of finishing in the Top 10 in Points almost every year he's raced.

D J's racing hero is his Dad, Dave Banks.
