James Irish drives the #13 Mini Cup Pro Class car.  His home track is Auburndale Speedway but he can also be found racing at Charlotte, Ocala Speedway.  He lives in Largo, FL.

Team members helping James are:  Nichole Irish, Aaron Irish, CindaRae Irish.  Steve Irish is the car owner.

James started racing in 1958 in the Stock Car class at Shawano Speedway because of his Dad.  His first win was that same year. 

The thrill of racing for James is having fun and he likes racing with his Granddaughters.  His most exciting racing moment was when Bill France asked him to run a race in Richmond, VA.  He's most proud of his Granddaughters who are following in his son's footsteps.

James's racing heroes are all racers.
