Chris Spring drives the #42 Mini Stock Class car.  His home track is Auburndale Speedway.  He lives in Auburndale, FL.

Team members helping Chris are:  Rex Guy, Ron Williams, Donnie Guy.

Chris started racing in 1995 in the Bomber Class at Auburndale Speedway because his Dad raced here in the '80's.  His first win was in '96 in the Bomber Class at Auburndale Speedway.  Career highlights include 1995 Rookie of the Year, 1996 Points Champion, 2006 finished 2nd in the Points and 9 Feature wins in Mini Stock.

The thrill of racing for Chris is racing with friends.  His most exciting racing moment was in 2006 their cars 42, 33, 56 finished 1, 2, and 3 and Mr. Guy (Old Track Champion) came down and got a picture with all three of them together.  He's most proud of his Championship in '96 and only his 2nd year of racing.

Chris's racing hero is Jimmie Johnson.
