Mike Bell drives the #17 Sportsman Class car.  He lives in Brookville, FL.  His home track is Citrus County Speedway.

He started racing in 2000 in the Limited Sportsman and Street Stock Class t Citrus County Speedway.  His first win was in 2000 in the Hobby Stock class.  Career highlights include:  2002 Street Stock Track Champion, winner of Winter Spectacular I (2002) and II (2003), Citrus County Chronicle Driver of the Year (2001), voted Fan Favorite and received Fan Favorite Award in 2001 and 2002.

He's most proud of being voted Fan Favorite two years in a row.
