Tim Whitehead

Tim Whitehead drives the #35 Hobby Stock Class car.  He lives in Floral City, FL.  His home track is Citrus County Speedway.

He started racing in 2002 in the Hobby Stock Class at Citrus County Speedway after being a Crew Chief for many years and was given the opportunity to drive.  He placed 5th in the Points last year.

The thrill of racing for Tim is everything, the challenge of making the machine work like you want it to.  He's most proud of having a banner first year after being a crew chief for a 5 car team and placing all 5 in the top 10 in Points.

Of racing, Tim says, "The adrenaline rush is what it's all about and the spirited competition!".
