Perry Brown drives the #83B Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Desoto Speedway but he can also be found racing at USA Speedway.  He lives in Riverview, FL.

Team members helping Perry are:  Bob Shick - AMI Chassis, Tim Ison of FastRacing as Crew Chief, Eddie Brenn of Brenn Race Cars, Jay Carbury, Dan Quasnick of Pal-King.  Jay Carbury is the car owner.

Perry started racing in 1997 in the Open Wheel Modified Class at Desoto Speedway because he grew up around racing.  His first win was in 1997 in the OWM Class at Orlando Speed World.  Career highlights include 1999 S.A.R.A. Rookie of the Year Southern Auto Racing Association, '99 S.A.R.A. Points Champion, 2006 multi time winner Gulfeast Modified Series.

The thrill of racing for Perry is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning Rookie of the Year and Points Champion in '99.  He's most proud of his Championship in '99.
