Cliff Mitchell drives the 317 Bomber/Enduro Class car.  His home track is Desoto Speedway but he can also be found racing at Sunshine Speedway, Citrus County Speedway, Ocala Speedway and Charlotte County Speedway.  He lives in St. Pete, FL.

Cliff started racing in 1984 in the Karts Class at Accord Speedway in New York because he wanted to do it.  His first win was in 1985 in the Karts Class at Accord Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Cliff is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was racing at Syracuse, NY.  He's most proud of finishing 2nd at Syracuse  and starting on the pole, falling back to last on the first lap.

Cliff's racing hero is Brett Hearn.

Of racing, Cliff says, "If you can't race it or take it to bed, it ain't worth having!".
