Robert Douglas drives the #06 Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is East Bay Raceway Park but he can also be found racing at Hendry County Speedway and Putnam County Speedway.  He lives in Seffner, FL.

Robert started racing in 1983 in the Mini Stock Class at Golden Gate Speedway for the love of the sport.  His first win was in 1999 in the Mini Stock at East Bay Raceway Park.  Career highlights include won Mr. Budweiser Race in '01, 1 win in Limited Late Model  in '05 at East Bay Raceway Park, 4 wins at Hendry County Speedway and 1 win at Putnam County Raceway.

The thrill of racing for Robert is the sport.  His most exciting racing moment was his win at Putnam County Speedway in front of his family.  He's most proud of just being happy to compete.

Robert's racing heroes are Davey Allison and Dennis Abaey.
