John Norris drives the #87 Late Model Class car.  His home track is East Bay Raceway Park but he can also be found racing at Putnam County Speedway and New Hendry County Speedway.  He lives in Lithia, FL.

John started racing in 1996 in the Limited Late Model Class at East Bay Raceway Park because his Father raced when John was younger and it's something that he's wanted to do.  Career highlights include finishing in the top 10 in Points his first 5 years of racing, Late Model Rookie of the Year and finished 10th in the Points in Late Models.

The thrill of racing for John is the competition, being able to compete with awesome drivers like Donnie Tanner and Bobby Alexander  and David Schmaas.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Late Model Heat race with Bobby Alexander  and Donnie Tanner in it.  He's most proud of being like his peers.

John's racing hero is his Dad, Truman Norris.
