Ronnie Davie II drives the #89 Southern Sportsman Series Class car.  He lives in St. Petersburg, FL.

Team members helping Ronnie are:  Dad - Ron Davis, Chad, Bobby, Aaron.  Ron Davis is the car owner.

Ronnie started racing in 2002 in the Street Stock Class at Sunshine Speedway because his Father has raced since Ronnie was born.  He was raised around it and it is his passion.  Career highlights include his first win within 5 races, 2004 Championship in Street Stock, total of 11 wins so far, raced in 2002-'04 and now in '07.

The thrill of racing for Ronnie is the best time of his life is in a race car, the speed, the adrenaline rush and the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Championship in his second season of racing.  He's most proud of building his own cars and learning hands on how to work them.

Ronnie's racing hero is his Father, Ron Davis.
