Scotty Sharpe drives the #89 Modified Mini Stock Class car.  His home track is Auburndale Motor Speedway.  He lives in Lakeland, FL.

Scotty started racing in 1999 in the Modified Mini Stock class at Auburndale Motor Speedway because he's been around racing and involved in it his entire life.  His first win was in 2003 in the Modified Mini Stock class at Auburndale Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include '04 - 2 wins, 28 second place finishes out of 30 races total.

The thrill of racing for Scotty is the adrenaline rush it gives him.  He likes to  make it interesting for the fans.  His most exciting racing moment was during the Auburndale Series race with 52 cars, Scotty qualified 2nd.  After an electrical problem he fell back to 15th and came back to finish 2nd.  He's most proud that his crew and fans have stuck with him.

Scotty's racing hero is Mark Martin.
