He began racing in 1986 in Late Model Class at Ocala and Volusia because it is a family sport. His first win was in 1986 in Late Model at Ocala Speedway, Fl. Career highlights include 1999 Track Champion at Volusia Speedway Park.

The thrill of racing for him is winning. He is most proud of being competitive and winning legally. His most exciting racing moment was winning the Track Championship.
