Chuck Haga

Chuck Haga drives the #1 UMP Modified Class car.  He lives in Bismarck, IL.  His home track is Vermillion County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Fayette County Speedway and Kamp Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 1980 in the Limited Late Model at Vermillion County Speedway for fun.  His first win was that same year.  Chuck races three classes of cars - Modified, Super Street and Late Models.  Career highlights include: 2001 Late Model Track Championship and Modified Track Championship and 2002 Super Street Track Championship twice.

The thrill of racing for Chuck is to go fast and turn left.  He's most proud of all the wins.

Chuck's racing hero is Mark Martin.
