Tyson Hernell drives the #8 Super Late Model Class car.  His home track is Dixie Speedway, but he can also be found racing at Rome Speedway.  He lives in Villa Rica, GA. 

Team members helping Tyson are:  Josh, Matt, Roscoe, Michele, Rodney.  Sammy Hernell is the car owner.

Tyson started racing in 1995 in the Hobby Class at Douglasville Speedway as a 3rd generation driver.  His first win was that same year.

Tyson's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
