He started racing in 2000 in the Super Street Class at Albany, GA. as a life long dream.  His first win was in 2002 in the Limited Late Model Class at Lake City Speedway, FL.  Career highlights include 2002 - Limited Late Model Track Champion at Lake City Speedway, 2003 Rebel Yell Champion at Screven Motor Speedway in Super Late Model, 2004 Rebel Yell Champion and Georgia State Champion at Screven Motor Speedway in Super Late Model.  The thrill of racing for Wilson is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Georgia State Championship with 2 laps to go.

Wilson's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
