Peggy Poole drives the #27 Renagade Class car at Screven Motor Speedway.  She lives in Twin City, GA.  People who help Peggy are Wendell Poole, Dale Poole, Katie Poole and Chris O'Toole.

Peggy started racing in 2000 in the Ladies Enduro Class at Screven Motor Speedway because her husband started and she liked it too.  She got her husband to let her race one time and she's been racing ever since.  Her first win was in 2000 in the Ladies Enduro Class at Screven Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include 2 wins in 2000, 2 wins in 2001, 1 win in 2002, 2 wins in 2003, and 1 win in 2004. The only woman coming up from the Ladies Division to race with the men, Peggy so far has one win in 2005 and one 3rd place finish.

The thrill of racing for Peggy was going on the track for her first race.  Her most exciting racing moment was when she won a race in 2002 for her mother.  Her mother raced with Peggy for two years when she got hurt practicing.  Peggy told her mother she would win for her and she did!  Peggy is most proud of just having fun.

Peggy's racing heroes are Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
