Shawn Negangard drives the #16 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Brownstown Speedway but he can also be found racing at Eldora Speedway and others.  He lives in Osgood, IN.

Team members helping Shawn are:  Dad, Kyle Negangard, Rick Hooten, Gary Barnes, Ryan Cullen, Mark Adley, David "Country" Main, and countless of other people.  Thanks everyone!

Shawn started racing in 1992 in the Go Karts Class at North Vernon because he loved watching his Dad race when Shawn was young.  His first win was in 1992 in the Stock Lite Go Kart Class at North Vernon.  Career highlights include Rookie of the Year Northern Allstar Late Models in 1999, winner of the Dream in 2000, World 100 in 2004 and Million in 2001.

The thrill of racing for Shawn is being competitive with guys that have been doing it for years and knowing we can win every time.  We love the shop.  His most exciting racing moment was making his first big race at Eldora Speedway Dream 2000.  He's most proud of being one of a select group of drivers to be in a Dream Race, a World 100 and "The Million".

Shawn's racing hero is Bill Elliott.

Of racing, Shawn says, "It's a great sport to be involved in.  If you think it's something your kids want to do, get them going at a young age!".
