Norman Burkes drives the #03 Mini class car.  His home track is Chandler Speedway but he can also be found racing at Nebo Speedway.  He lives in Evansville, IN.

Norman started racing in 2007 in the Mini class at Chandler Speedway because he wanted a hobby.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include racing 10 times so far, finishing 3rd in all by 1 race.

The thrill of racing for Norman is the excitement.  He can't wait for Friday!  He's most proud of finishing 3rd many times.  His sister, who is deceased, was #3.  Norman is proud to be racing, period, without a lot of accomplishments.

Norman's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Of racing, Norman says, "Be fair, be honest, enjoy, it's a sport!  It really is a thrill to be in the driver's seat.  It's great fun!"
