Russell Daffran drives the #16 Oval Extreme Class car.  He lives in Charlestown, IN.  His home track is Sportsdrome Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Dromers Class at Sportsdrome Speedway after growing up around racing.  His first win was that same year.  For the past 6 years he has one at least one race each year.

The thrill of racing for Russell is to win.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race in Oval Extreme.  He's most proud of just racing.

Russell's racing hero is Rusty Wallace.
