Shannon Montgomery

Shannon Montgomery drives the #34 Dromer 8 Class car.  He lives in Louisville, KY.  His home track is Sportsdrome Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Bomber 8 Class at Louisville Motor Speedway because his Dad did it.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 8th and 5th in the Points in 2000 & 2001 and making his Dad proud.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the last race at Louisville Motor Speedway.  He's most proud of the advancement in his driving skills.

Shannon got his first "Dromer " win in 2004.

Shannon's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Shannon says, "It is a group effort between crew, sponsors, and driver!".
